Al became a licensed REALTOR® in 2004, and a Real Estate Broker in 2010, initially operating successfully under a well-known Calgary Franchise. Al continues to expand his real estate knowledge by successfully completing various courses, keeping abreast of market conditions, initiating investment property acquisitions including business ventures employing skill sets developed such as determining rates of return, conducting various financial & risk analysis and business valuations. Al is a detailed individual who  demonstrates excellent skills in negotiating the best prices possible for buyers and maximum returns for sellers.
